Our priority when starting a design project is to understand you, your goals, your passions, and your inspirations. We then seek to understand your budget, geography, and target demographic. This allows us to fully understand how you work to tailor an office design that fits the requirements for you to work efficiently and comfortably in a space that reflects your personality.

Once you are enamored with your design, it’s time to get bids from contractors. We’ll provide detailed costs for the full scope of the project. We want to understand how you work and operate allowing the flow and function of your office to dictate its form. Creating design boards and presentations visually help bring your vision to life as we conceive your floor plan and choose the materials and finishes that make up your dream office. This personal interaction assures the design of your office meets or exceeds your expectations.

We will coordinate all the permits and logistics for your project and work expeditiously to begin work upon permit receipt. We walk you through the space to allow you to feel how everything will be laid out and to allow for any changes you may want before physical construction begins.

Throughout the construction phase, we’ll be in regular contact with you to determine your selections, features and finishes. You’ll always know what is transpiring and the next steps needed to complete your project. Once the floor plan has been finalized, approved and submitted, the construction process begins. We work closely with project managers and hold tight communication to assure what we have envisioned for your office comes to life with complete accuracy.

The most exciting step in the process is when your custom home or addition is complete. Once the construction is complete, we do one final walkthrough with you to understand if any additional work would be needed per your personal request. After everything is finalized, we submit all the required paperwork, hand you the keys, and allow you to occupy your new office.
